Dental procedures under general anesthesia
General anesthesia in dental treatment is a method where the doctor administers an appropriate dose of sedative drugs (individually selected for each patient) intravenously or through inhalation. The patient is put into a state of deep sleep, does not feel any pain, and their protecive reflexes are suppressed for the duration of anesthesia. As a result, the dentist, in cooperation with an anesthesiologist, performs the necessary procedure safely and efficiently.
